Childcare
Childcare for ages 3-11 will include outdoor playground time, outside activities, crafts and movies (G-rated) with a great team for only $5 per child and $20 max for families. Since the Kickoff runs over the lunch hour, please bring a cold lunch/snack for your child(ren) if you plan to stay over 2 hours or during lunch. Our snacks are limited. Come a little early to register your child(ren) if you are attending any workshops. Please apply sunscreen to your kids before you come. We are going to try to be outside some of the time and enjoy the sun while we can.

Parking and Entrance
Please park in the NORTH parking lot and only enter in the door with our FHEA banner (gym entrance). We want to respect the daily activities of Easthaven. We will ONLY be using the gym, theatre and the classrooms off of the gym. Please help us keep everyone out of the rest of the building. We want to be invited back!

Volunteers
We are still in need of helpers! Please consider helping us with this event even if you only have a few hours to give. Childcare workers are compensated for their time. Please contact Gwen or Erin ASAP (contact info below). Thank you!!

Tables
Still need a table at the Kickoff? Please contact Gwen or Erin (contact info below) to reserve a table for the Kickoff ASAP.

We are looking forward to seeing you! It’s right around the corner! Let us know if you have any questions!
